Junior Skills
Challenge – 2025 Program Update
Thank you to all junior golfers, families,
golf professionals and volunteers who have supported the Junior Skills
Challenge program over the last 15 years. Your participation and engagement
have helped to shape the program and create memorable experiences for junior
golfers across the country.
Having conducted a thorough review of the
program this past year, Golf Canada has decided to pause the national operation
of the Junior Skills Challenge for the 2025 season and will be informing all
past participants and club operators. With this decision, there will not be a
National Leaderboard or National Event this year, however, there is still an
opportunity for golf courses to host Junior Skills events independently.
Golf Canada has developed a new resource
manual which includes everything golf courses require to run a fun and engaging
Junior Skills Challenge program. The resources are now available to member
clubs by logging into your instructor account, or at the link below:

Junior golfers and families are encouraged to
speak with their local club professionals or junior committees about the
possibility of hosting a local club event this year.
